This Digital social-emotional learning SEL and character education curriculum helps 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders develop emotional regulation and self-awareness. It also teaches kids to manage emotions, build their self-esteem with 5 interactive lessons, online tools (charts, posters, & journal), and activity slides for classroom lessons, guidance, or counseling.

SEL Digital Unit: Self-Awareness
This digital unit helps young learners develop emotional awareness, self-esteem, and positive personality traits!
❤️ Lesson 1: Identifying Emotions
Teach kids to identify different emotions and what situations cause them. They will learn to recognize that feelings can be felt differently and linked to our thoughts and behaviors.
❤️ Lesson 2: Communicating Emotions
Teach kids to handle and express emotions appropriately. They will practice using socially acceptable language to communicate feelings.
❤️ Lesson 3: Personality Traits
Teaches kids what personality traits are and give personal examples. They will reflect on their own strengths and positive qualities, and describe what makes them successful at school.
